The Key – 3rd March 2014

This Monday

On Monday 3rd March we are having a social night at the Fosters’ for members and partners. Please advise Pres. Ian if you are attending and if you are bringing salads, nibbles, etc to share. Bring your BBQ meat. Time: 6.30 for 7pm. Address: 6/29 Temperley Street, Nicholls.

Last Monday

Last Monday night we had a travel night. When members were asked to bring their memories along on a memory stick, which was also referred to as a USB stick, our less cyber-savvy friend found a photo of a precious memory for him, his recognition as a PHF some years ago but when he found a nice looking stick from the garden wasn’t sure how to balance one on the other!

Members who took a more conventional approach took us to Mexico, California and Hawaii and Portugal – often accompanied by more or less appreciative comments by fellow club members.
