Next Monday, 29 September, we are meeting from 6.45pm at the George Harcourt Inn, Nicholls, for a social night with partners. It is a good opportunity to use this Public Holiday to have a relaxing time together. Pres. Ian has booked a table for dinner.
Last Monday night plans needed to be changed as the proposed Guest Speaker,
Mark Scarborough, was unwell but is very keen for us to organise another Monday night. However, we were delighted to welcome visitors Ian, and also Claire, joined by her sons Christian & Tim. The visitors were introduced to the Club via our Gungahlin Village stand last Sunday. Both Pres. Ian and Member Emma agreed that they had a successful few hours at the stand and that the new location worked very well (photo below with Pres. Ian)

“Our Youth, Our Future” 14-16 November at the National Convention Centre, Canberra City. Districts 9710 and 9675 are bringing together over 100 Rotary Clubs for this Conference.
