Rotary is non-religious and non-political and its clubs are open to all, regardless of race, gender, culture or creed.  Consequently, Rotary Gungahlin, like most Rotary clubs around the world, is a diverse mix of individuals from different backgrounds, cultures and professions.  Since our chartering in 2008, our membership has included retirees, young parents, small business managers, professionals and active service personnel.  What we share in common is an interest in giving back to the Gungahlin community and a passion to be involved in humanitarian, health and development projects around the world through Rotary International.

We also love the chance to get together, meet new people, develop plans for projects whose aim is to do good in the World and have a great meal and a great chat while we’re at it!

Friends of Rotary

In addition to our full members, we have a great group of friends who support our activities, assist on BBQs and come along to meetings and social events when they can. Everyone who joins Rotary is unique – their background, experiences, culture, ideas and skills and this diversity among our members and friends is one of the key things that makes Rotary Gungahlin a great organisation to get involved in.

Keen to know more?

If you would like to know more and perhaps come along to a meeting to meet some members and get to know our club and its activities, then get in touch because we’d love to meet you.
